    1st COPOLAD II Annual Conference: From evidence to practice: challenges in the field of drugs policies

    The aim of the Conference is to further promote the exchange of information, coordination, and cooperation between authorities in charge of drugs policies in the EU and the CELAC, some key points for the planning process concerning changes in public policies are presented, also the gender approach and the cross-cutting strategy in transferring evidence into working lines are topics to be addressed.

    Side Event of COPOLAD at the 59th CND 2016: Building support tools for evidence-based policy-making on drugs

    Following the successful completion of the flagship EU cooperation programme in the field of drugs policies with Latin America and the Caribbean - COPOLAD, a new phase of the programme has been recently launched. An overview of the achievements so far and perspectives for the new phase as a contribution to tackle the world drug problem in a more efficient manner has been presented.
