Objetivo GeneralDisminuir las tasas de mortalidad de la población del Departamento de La Paz Objetivos Estratégicos- Implementar la Salud Familiar Comunitaria Intercultural- Mejorar la calidad de atención en los establecimientos de saludObjetivos Institucionales- Alcanzar una cultura institucional de excelencia- Mejorar la capacidad resolutiva del sistema de salud- Mejorar la capacidad de los servicios del sistema de Salud.- Fortalecer la capacidad resolutiva de los Recursos Humanos- Mejorar la accesibilidad de los servicios de salud, especialmente para la población más excluida- Generar capacidad de vigilancia de riegos para la salud de proceso productivo y del ambiente- Implementar el Sistema Único de Salud- Cumplir con las competencias asignadas en la Ley Nº 0031 Marco de Autonomías y Descentralización - Asegurar la equidad en el acceso de la población a tecnología moderna en salud.- Lograr una ciudadanía activa, participativa y responsable de su salud.
