Vision: Jacobs Rehabilitation Farm Center will be a place where will live in a healthy community while restoring their relationship with God, themselves, their families and community. Mission: to restore men's lives, their self respect and dignity.

Objective of the centre/ services
The Objectives for which the institution is established are as follows: 1. to establish a rehabilitation center and farm to provide life coping skills, for the people in Belize through a six months residential program. 2. to equip the patient to re-enter society by having a marketable skill, a plan and direction for his life: This is done by graduating clients writes his exit plan and is connected to a support group. 3. to provide teaching, instruction and guidance in matters relating to addiction and relationship issues.

The coverage of the program is National. The program is offered to anyone in-need of the service and accessible to all.
