Objective of the centre/ services
To provide counselling services to persons needing the intervention: To be advocates for persons with mental illness; To provide education and sensitivity training to persons in the general population To provide prevention services to persons deemed at risk for dysfunctional behaviour
National coverage
The persons who use the service come from the entire country. Even though the service is centralized in the capital city, it is accessible to and utilized by the general population. Access to the site from rural communities is seamless.

Description of the main activities
At the Counselling Center, the main activities are: - Counselling/mental health intervention -prevention activities for persons at risk for problematic behaviour -training and workshop development -capacity building -awareness building -mental health support and referral
