COPOLAD participated in the expert meeting on drugs, organized by the European Commission, DG HOME, on 11 and 12 September 2018 in Brussels, Belgium. The aim of the meeting was to exchange information on activities carried out in the framework of the implementation of the drugs priority of the EU Policy Cycle for organized and serious international crime for the period 2018-2021 and in some of the relevant cooperation programmes on drugs, such as COPOLAD. Team leaders from relevant cooperation programmes working on drugs (with a particular focus on drug supply reduction), EU Agencies (EMCCDA and Europol), Member States representatives (drivers and co-drivers of the EU Policy Cycle leading the different operational actions) as well as EU Member States’ authorities working in the field participated in the meeting.
