Abstract
It consists of 34 items originally designed to develop a clinical tool that assesses beliefs regarding the possible consequences of a change in using behavior. Knowledge of these beliefs is considered an important factor in the treatment of heavy drinkers, who probably do not change their use habits because their system of expectations is uninspiring.
