It consists of 90 items with the following value for each answer option 0 = No 1 = A little Slightly 2 = Fair 3 = Much 4 = Very Much

Psychometric characteristics

It presents an alpha internal consistency between 0.66 and 0.92 for its subscales. Significant differences in subscale averages were found when comparing a clinical sample against a general population sample
