Ofrecer a la comunidad un modelo de intervención temprana contra las adicciones, desde la prevención del consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y la promoción de la salud mental, hasta el tratamiento breve, ambulatorio, accesible y de calidad. Misión: contribuir a desacelerar la tendencia de las adicciones, a través del modelo de prevención clínica y atención integral, innovadora, factible y de calidad. VISION: Ser un centro líder en la prestación y control de las adicciones.

Objective of the centre/ services
1.Atender los determinantes asociados al consumo de sustancias en la comunidad.2.Disminuir la prevalencia del abuso y dependencia de sustancias a través de actividades de prevención universal, selectiva e indicada. 3. Identificar en forma temprana a jóvenes susceptibles o vulnerables al consumo de sustancias. 4.Detener el desarrollo de la enfermedad en fases tempranas. 5.Brindar el apoyo necesario a las familias de pacientes con consumo, abuso o dependencia.
