- Es una entidad cuya misión es favorecer el desarrollo integral de los niños y niñas, mujeres, hombres y adultos mayores de y en calle y otras poblaciones vulnerables de la ciudad de Cali, para su inclusión social. Sus objetivos son: Atención integral a los habitantes de la calle. Inclusión Social. Generación de ingresos y propuestas laborales. Reconstrucción del proyecto de vida. Trabaja bajo el enfoque de Reducción del daño. Cuenta con 16 años de trabajo en habitabilidad en calle, poblaciones con problemáticas de consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, exclusión social y socialmente vulnerables.

- Contamos con un Hogar de paso en el cual se brinda acogida a los habitantes de la calle. En él reciben servicios de acceso a salud, identificación, alimentación, atención médica y metodológica, atención psicosocial, nivelación escolar, capacitación y formación para el trabajo, entre otros. La atención se presta por etapas y existen indicadores para avanzar en cada etapa.
