Objective of the centre/ services
La Secretaría Nacional de Drogas / Junta Nacional de Drogas (SND/JND) ha participado desde el 2007 hasta la fecha en la capacitación y seguimiento del proyecto “Promotores Juveniles de Salud”. Este consta de la formación de referentes y jóvenes en la temática de prevención de usos problemáticos de drogas.Objetivos: - Promover la participación juvenil - Promover salud - Prevenir el uso problemático de drogasObjetivo general:• Capacitar a Jóvenes en Promoción de Salud y Prevención de uso problemático de drogas en coordinación con referentes institucionales.Objetivos específicos:• Sensibilizar y problematizar la concepción de las drogas como tema complejo en sus diferentes dimensiones• Informar sobre características, riesgos y daños asociados al uso problemático de drogas legales e ilegales• Brindar herramientas para la reflexión crítica que posibilite identificar y actuar frente a los factores de riesgo y protección • Favorecer la toma de contacto con habilidades sociales, cognitivas y emocionales.• Viabilizar proyectos pensados y ejecutados por los jóvenes en el tema destinados a otros jóvenes

.Coordinación interinstitucional con IMM, INJU, JDDs, INAU..Sensibilización acerca de la temática de drogas a jóvenes en coordinación con referentes adultos. . Apoyo al diseño y ejecución de proyectos de promoción de salud y prevención entre pares en la comunidad. . Premio a iniciativas juveniles en drogas. Elaboración y difusión de herramientas didácticas para jóvenes en prevención
