- the outpatient Care clinic is part of the Cluster Ambulatory Facilities Addiction care of the Psychiatric Center Suriname (PCS). This Cluster includes Outpatient treatment center for the treatment and support of clients and the knowledge center for information, training and education (BAD). The department works according to the medical Psychiatric / BIO- psycho-social model. the outpatient clinic is a low threshold facility where the following target groups get help: people with problems that are the result of alcohol and or drug abuse and other forms of addiction. People with additive behavior that negatively affect their daily functioning. Furthermore we apy attention to: family members of people with an addition problem.
