- The Voice Foundation MISSION as exemplary Christian Rehabilitation Center internal, tightly structured professional guidance to alcohol and drug addicts on medical, educational and counseling area to let him return back to health in society. This according to the guidelines for residential substance abuse treatment by the Ministry of health and the National Anti-drug Council. The mission is based on the following Christian principles: 1. That every human being is precious in the sight of God 2. That there is forgiveness of sins and 3. That there is salvation for people with life-controlling problems = addicts, by Jesus Christ

- Foundation “De Stem” (The Voice) is a faith based organization providing rehabilitation services to male drug and alcohol addicts. Our service had expanded the last 10 years to women with social economic problems, victims and offenders of domestic violence, young adolescents (boys) with behavior problems. To provide treatment and guidance to every addict or person who need professional treatment no matter who you are.

- In our annual meetings (2 in a year) we inform the society and stakeholders and also the press is invited, about our activities and also the goals we’ve reached. We also participate in information fairs were we share our activities and information about the services we offer. Although the treatment center is in Paramaribo, the services is available to the rest of the country and even for clients from the Netherlands, USA and French Guyana
