DECS is the faith-based non-governmental organization working with young boys and girls with substance abuse and behavioral issues. Our vision is to see young people moves from mere existence to purpose.

Objective of the centre/ services
1) To exemplify the highest level of integrity for every young boy and girl who enters one of DECS' programs. 2) To collaborate with parents, schools, cooperate businesses, communities, government and the clergy to assist with the development of each child, with the primary objective to rekindle the value system within the members life before they complete the program within two years. 3) Members remaining drug free and modifying their behaviors within a year of entering our programe, graduating to our aftercare club "Youth Empowered & Alive" to be further stabilized for approximately one (1) additional year.
