- The persons who use the service come from the entire country. Even though the service is centralized in the capital city, it is accessible to and utilized by the general population. Access to the site from rural communities is seamless.

- At the Counselling Center, the main activities are: - Counselling/mental health intervention -prevention activities for persons at risk for problematic behaviour -training and workshop development -capacity building -awareness building -mental health support and referral
