O Centro de Atenção Psicossocial para álcool e outras drogas do município de Vila Velha é uma instituição ligada a a Secretária de Saúde Municipal. Trabalha com atendimento a usários de álcool e outras drogas. Atende em Regime ambulatorial e Atenção Diária ( os pacientes ficam no Caps ad de 7:45 as 16:00 em oficinas terapêuticas). Trabalha com a lógica de redução de danos e valorização da vida. Atendemos pessoas a partir do 12 anos usuários e familiares.
