Ofrecer mecanismos de detección y atención oportuna como medios para combatir las adicciones en poblaciones de alto riesgo.Disminuir la prevalencia del abuso y dependencia de sustancias psicoactivas mediante actividades de atención y prevención.Ofrecer un tratamiento profesional y multidisciplinario a personas con problemas de abuso y dependencia a sustancias psicoactivas.

Description of the main activities
1. Actividades de prevención y difusión: deteción oportuna (tamizaje), pláticas de sensibilización, implemantación de talleres, capacitación contínua a grupos organizados.2. Atención: tratamiento de corte breve especializado en múltiples dimensiones (psicología, medicina y trabajo social).3. Derivación oportuna.
