- Centro de atencion primaria a las adicciones con el objetivo de brindar atencion a consumidores experimentales de drogas, prevencion en adolescentes con riesgo de consumo, talleres para padres y profesores. El procedimiento es realizado a traves de platicas y talleres en donde se realizan pruebas de tamizaje en las escuelas principalmente secundarias, los adolescentes que obtienen puntajes de riesgo son derivados a la UNEME-CAPA para dar atención y seguimiento.

- Posterior al Diagnostico comunitario se realizan visitas programadas a las escuelas en donde se tamizan a los adolescemtes, asi son detectados los alumnos en mayor riesgo mismos que se citan en la UNEME-CAPA. asi mismo se realizan platicas informativas con profesores y padres de familia.
