O CAPS ad II constitui-se em um serviço ambulatorial de atenção diária oferecendo atendimento à população que apresenta graves transtornos decorrentes do uso e dependencia de substancias psicoativas, como álcool e outras drogas. Realiza acompanhamento clínico e a reinserção social pelo acesso ao trabalho, lazer, exercício dos direitos civis e fortalecimento dos laços familiares e comunitarios evitando assim as internações em hospitais psiquiátricos.

Objective of the centre/ services
- Prestar atendimento em regime de atenção diária- Gerenciar projetos terapêuticos, oferecendo cuidados clínicos, eficientes e personalizados- Promover a inserção social e profissional- Oferecer cuidados aos familiares- Dar suporte e supervisionar a atenção básica nas questões referentes à dependência química- Promover trabalhos educativos junto à sociedade em relação à prevençaõ ao uso de álcool e outras drogas.
National coverage
O serviço fica localizado no município de Martinópolis, mas é referência para so municípios de Indiana, Caiabu, Regente Feijó, Taciba e Pirapozinho, todos municipios da Região Oeste Paulita.
