Description of the main activities
Acolhimento: entrevista inicial realizada com o usuário/familiar com o objetivo de identificar o perfil do usuário para posterior encaminhamento ou acompanhamento. Acompanhamento: realizado por equipe multiprofissional através de consultas médicas, atividades terapéuticas, atendimentos individual e grupal e visitas domiciliares. Intervenção familiar: reunião mensal e visita domiciliar.
