Fundación Dianova Uruguay es miembro ordinario de pleno derecho de Dianova Internacional y es una institución uruguaya, autónoma y sin ánimo de lucro. De acuerdo con su misión contribuye activamente a la autonomía personal y al progreso social a través de programas de educación e intervención en el ámbito de las drogodependencias. Dando cumplimiento a sus estatutos mantiene en forma permanente programas educativo-terapéuticos que benefician a personas con problemas psicosociales que necesitan contención y asistencia terapéutica. También desarrolla actividades de capacitación y formación de profesionales y actores sociales.
