- La Fundación Familiar Faro nace en 1.985 en la ciudad de Medellín, adoptando el modelo de intervención de COMUNIDAD TERAPEUTICA, esta iniciativa surge de la necesidad urgente de varias familias de ver recuperados algunos de sus miembros y como una alternativa diferente al problema de adicción a sustancias psicoactivas.
