The Ibero-American Library on Drugs and Addictions (BIDA) is a descentralised management virtual library of specialised knowledge in the field of drugs and addictions.

Founded in the year 2014 within the framework of the Cooperation Programme between Latin America and the European Union on Drugs POlicies (COPOLAD), BIDA counts on funding by the European Union General Directorate  for Development and Cooperation - EuropAid for its development and maintenance.

Currently, BIDA is formed by a network of 10 Documentation Centres belonging to National Drug Agencies of Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Portugal and Uruguay.
