Synthetic cannabinoids in Europe
EMCDDA. European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction
Synthetic cannabinoids represent the largest group of substances currently monitored in Europe by the EMCDDA
through the EU Early Warning System. Current knowledge on these substances and trends in production, availability, use and harms are presented in this analysis.
The European Commission is preparing a third phase of this programme, therefore COPOLAD will be back at the beginning of 2021.
