Situational Analysis of National Drug Observatories in Latin America and the Caribbean

The study provide information on the current situation of NDOs in 33 member countries of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), considering the characteristics and needs of NDOs in each Latin American and Caribbean countries and suggest working groups to strengthen activities according to each NDO. The progress of the NDOs that had participated in Phase 1 of COPOLAD is also monitored.
The European Commission is preparing a third phase of this programme, therefore COPOLAD will be back at the beginning of 2021.
