It is a scale screening of 75 items, which is reliable and valid for timely identification, risk and protection factors associated with substance use in children and youth in school, and to detect early signs and symptoms caused by drug use in primary and secondary education. It has an area to detect violence as a predisposing factor in drug use.

Way of qualification
Positive responses refer to the risk, whereas if "no" is selected there is no risk, except for the 31 negative statements to be encoded in reverse. There will have to be sums and averages made for each of the areas, according to cutoff points described in the corresponding section, in order to obtain the levels of risk by area and the general vulnerability index.
Application context
Elementary schools: fourth, fifth and sixth grade year and the three secondary grades.
Population
Boys and young men and women between 10 and 15 years of age in school.
