In the meeting, convened by the OID-CICAD, and in line with the close cooperation established between the OID and COPOLAD, to support National Drug Observatories in the CELAC countries, COPOLAD presented the progress that is being made in the framework of the Working Group on Early Warning Systems (SATs), under the joint leadership of Uruguay and Colombia. Among the activities presented, it was highlighted the preparation of the manual for the development of a National EWS, which we are about to finalize together with the EMCDDA and the OID-CICAD.
