From October 8-10, 2018, CICAD organizes the Third Meeting of the Group of Experts on Comprehensive and Sustainable Alternative Development. On this occasion, COPOLAD participates by sharing its lines of work and actions carried out in the field of Alternative Development, which has an active participation of the countries of the region since 2011. It is organized in the center of the AECID in Cartagena de Indias.
